Do you still remember the tongue-in-cheek Cardboard Project that Google have launched months ago? Well, it looks like there is a brand that has found a way to put it for a good use.
Google, Verizon and Disney have collaborated to release a Google Cardboard experience that was codenamed ‘Jakku Spy’. IThe campaign puts Star Wars fans right in the middle of the action.
The virtual reality scene puts the user into the role of a Resistance secret agent on Jakku (the desert world from Star Wars: The Force Awakens). Jakku Spy includes a series of installments in which users receive messages from the Resistance, each unlocking a different story in lead up to the theatrical release. Take a look at the video below.
