Unlike popular assumption, social media experts’ daily works are not just login into a Facebook or Twitter account and babble over pending notifications. A good social media expert should have tangible skills and much deeper knowledge about their audiences. Just because anyone can learn to use a platform or app does not make him/her a social media manager. Understanding the diversity of the audiences is a completely different thing.
