Most marketers would like their content to go viral, but getting your content to go viral is not easy. For every high-profile example of a successful viral product—FlashMobs, the Star Wars Kid, or JibJab’s 2004 election spoof—there are many more attempts that fail.  We have discussed this topic on previous posts (here and here). In this interview with Thales Teixeira, Harvard Business School professor, he explains what research he found when analysing what makes a successful viral video.
